Schüco Sells U.S. Vinyl Replacement Windows Business Assets to Force V Environmental

Schüco USA has sold its U.S. vinyl replacement window assets to Force V Environmental. The sale was effective July 22. With the sale, Schuco president Edgar Freund says the company can now focus on its aluminum and solar product lines in the United States.

"Both product lines have excellent future growth opportunities for Schüco and our customers alike," he adds.

"We are convinced that the acquisition of Schüco USA's vinyl window business assets will open new business for our company," says Richard Porosky, Force V Environmental chief executive officer. "The outstanding design and the increasing importance of energy efficiency and hurricane tested products will provide great business opportunities for our company and our customers in the future."
