Lamatek Changes Location of Headquarters

Lamatek Inc. has recently moved its headquarters from Edgewater Park, N.J., to West Deptford, N.J., in an effort to combine manufacturing, product development, sales, warehousing and all other business operations under one roof. The move is in response to the need for additional capacity and new capabilities fueled by expanding product lines, according to the company.

The new 50,000 square-foot facility is strategically located on the border of the northeastern corridor and the Mid-Atlantic states, with direct access to I-295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Philadelphia International Airport. In addition to the promise of workflow improvements and expanded capacity, the company's new home will offer employee training facilities and a larger test lab.

"We are excited to take this next step in our growth. This move will provide us with the additional resources we need to not only add capacity, but to also add additional capabilities and processes. It will allow us to better manage our raw materials and work-in-process inventory," said Bob Carlson, president and chief executive officer.
